By accessing or using APTCI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including individuals and organizations using APTCI on behalf of a business.
APTCI is a cloud-based platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze project documents — including contracts, invoices, memos, and correspondence — and extract events, obligations, risks, and structured summaries. The Service includes document storage, timeline visualization, AI chat, claim generation, and reporting tools.

You retain full ownership of all documents and data you upload to APTCI. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will never use it for any purpose outside of delivering the Service.
APTCI uses artificial intelligence to extract information and generate analysis from your documents. AI outputs — including events, risk assessments, summaries, and claim letters — are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and acting on any AI-generated content. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI outputs.
APTCI offers a free Starter plan and paid plans (Pro, Enterprise). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually.
The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being billed.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure outages, or third-party service failures may cause temporary downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APTCI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on AI-generated analysis. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or with a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which APTCI operates.
